I no longer receive e-mails and/or phone calls

If you have stopped receiving School Messenger notifications there are a couple of possibilities;

1. You have "unsubscribed" to e-mails. You may have received an e-mail that didn't pertain to you you so you clicked the "unsubscribe" link in that e-mail. Unfortunately that removes you from all e-mails from School Messenger. Contact Mr. Pont (pontl@region10ct.org) to re-subscribe.

2. If you have a new e-mail address contact your school office with your new address.

3. If you have changed any of your phone numbers contact your school office with the new number(s)

4. Check your "junk" and "SPAM" folders. Your e-mail client might be flagging the messages.
