Accessing your Email Account Off-School

1) Open Internet Explorer browser

2) In the Address Bar, type http://mail.region10ct.org/exchange and press Enter

3) Depending on your browser, you may receive two different windows

a.       With two fields (as shown below)

Username: region10\yourusername (note region10 and the back-slash before your username)

Password: ******

For security purposes, keep the option ‘Save this password’ checked off.

OR,

b.      With three fields (as shown below)

Username: yourusername

Password: ******

Domain:      region10

For security purposes, keep the option ‘Save this password’ checked off.

4) Finally, a page with the view of your mailbox should be displayed.

Notes:

+ Use only Internet Explorer to access your email Off School. 

+ Disable programs such as pop-up killers or add stoppers
