Old Business

·      Pictures – Litchfield Hills Photography,  willing to work with HCS on a photo night / day – waive sitting fee, discounted rate, set aside blocks of time for HCS exclusively,  family shoots,  black/white or color.   They suggested we could make this a fund raiser by tagging on a small sitting fee. Times are set for end of March, families would call them to set up the apt, after photos taken you’ll have 10 day’s to view website and order any photos.  After the 10 day’s the discount does not apply.   Discussion took place, PTA agreed they would sponsor this event and send out a notice.  A sitting fee was discussed and fee would be $10.  Liz will set up and get a notice out
