Harwinton Consolidated School Family Fun NightTuesday evening, March 1 from 6:00-7:00 pm, about 100 people; students and parents, gathered in the Harwinton Consolidated School gymnasium to participate in this year’s PE Fun Night for grades K-2. Parents and their children were active in a variety of physical education lessons: leaping over hoops, partner and group cooperative challenges, parachute games and activities, yoga postures and the evening concluded with a short period of deep relaxation. Everyone left for home feeling invigorated and at the same time, completely relaxed. Many thanks to the evening’s assistants and the parents and children who attended. We had a great time!! |
